A: Yes, we offer a free trial period for a 10 day duration.

Q: Do I get a full refund if I cancel my subscription?
A: No, refunds are not issued for a canceled subscription. When you cancel your subscription you will no longer be billed at the end of your current subscription period; and you will continue to have access to your subscription up to the end date of your current subscription period.

Q: How can I change my current subscription plan?
A: You will have to select the 'Billing' drop down menu option from the nav bar, and next select the 'Go to your Stripe billing portal' button to change or cancel your current subscription.

Q. How will this website help me learn Ukrainian?
A. This website provides you with the opportunity to practice conjugating different parts of speech in Ukrainian language, such as pronouns, nouns, verbs, adjectives and numbers. Typing in the words using Cyrillic Alphabet will help you get used to the Ukrainian keyboard and will also help you remember words and their meaning.

Q. What level of Ukrainian is required?
A. Our website will be helpful to learners who at a minimum have grasped a beginner level of Ukrainian and are familiar with Ukrainian grammar to some extent (for example, familiar with cases).

A. Yes.

Q. Do I have to use Ukrainian keyboard?
A. Yes, we recommend using a Ukrainian keyboard. Alternatively you can use a virtual on-screen Ukrainian keyboard.

Q. Are the exercises on your website difficult to complete?
A. The exercises on our web site are very challenging for users who do not possess an intermediate knowledge level of the Ukrainian language.
